Upnor Esquire Estates Appeal

Frindsbury Extra Parish Council objected to the planning application submitted by Esquire Estates on the Hogmarsh Valley and then sent Cllr Thorpe to the inquiry for the appeal who provided key information on the areas ecological importance and other critical reasons why the development should not go ahead.

The decision was made that the appeal be dismissed.

We would like to thank all the local residents, our Parish Councillors including Cllr Thorpe and Medway Council Strood Rural ward Councillors Cllr Etheridge, Cllr Williams and Cllr Turpin and Medway Council for helping to put a stop to this development.

Please see attached the full appeal decision.
