Cllr D Coomber, Chairman; Cllrs G Bird, Mrs N Bird, Mrs P Coomber, Mrs B Hoskin, D Miller and G Moore; 5 parishioners.

APOLOGIES:

Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs K Bamber, G Etheridge, Mrs J Etheridge, P Hicks and T Mason.

The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. The Clerk read the minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting.

MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING HELD ON 28 MAY 2003

The Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting 2003 having been read, it was proposed by Mr G Stephens, seconded by Cllr Bird and agreed they were a true account of that meeting and were signed by the Chairman.

The Financial Statement of the Parish Council’s Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2003 and the Draft Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2004 were received.

No questions were asked.

ANNUAL REPORT

The Council’s Annual Report for 2003/4 was read. A copy is annexed to these minutes. No questions were asked.

OTHER BUSINESS AT THE CHAIRMAN’S DISCRETION

No maters were raised.

The Chairman thanked parishioners for attending, commenting there were some new faces as well as some old faces. He thanked his fellow councillors and the Clerk for their work over the past year and closed the meeting at 8.51 pm
