2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) Order 2001 (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no development within Part 24 of the Second Schedule to the Order shall be carried out on the site without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason 2. To accord with the terms of the submitted application and safeguard the visual amenity of the locality.

3. Within 3 months of the development becoming non-operational the development shall be removed from the site in its entirety and the site returned to its former state, to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason 3. To safeguard the visual amenity of the locality and area in which it lies.
