NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held at the Memorial Hall, Holly Road, Wainscott on Thursday 24 November 2005 immediately after the meeting of the Planning Committee at 7.00 pm, which meeting Members are hereby summoned to attend.

A G E N D A

1		Apologies for absence
2		Declarations of Interest and alterations to the Register
3		Notification of any other business of an urgent nature to be taken at the end of the meeting
4		Resolution to remove the public and press on the grounds that the matter may become sub judice
5		Woodland, Lower Upnor A report on the trees and a letter from the Council’s Solicitor will be tabled at the meeting.

The next ordinary meeting of the Council will be held on Wednesday 14 December 2005
