Adoption of Freedom of Information Act Updated Publication Scheme
This comes into force on 1 January 2009 and the Council will be in breach of the Act if it is not adopted by then. The model scheme document can be seen on the Information Commissioner's Office website: www.ico.gov.uk. It must be adopted in full, unedited and promoted alongside the guide to information. |
