Cllr Moore reported on the meeting held on 18 July. He had been elected Chairman. Future meetings would be trialled for every two months and speakers would be sought.

Police Liaison Committee Representative's Report
Cllrs Miller and Archer had attended the meeting on 9 July. No statistics had been given. The Deputy Head of Hundred of Hoo School had volunteered to chair meetings. There was a move to invite churches, shops and farmers. PC Harris was not at the meeting and was leaving. Five more PCSOs had been appointed.

Neighbourhood Watch
Cllr Miller reported there had been a burglary in Wainscott Road and thefts from vehicles in Upnor and in Iden Road . They had been warned that rubbish bags were being stolen to assist with identity theft. It had been pointed out that hotel cards should either be retained or a magnet should be passed over the strip as this held credit card details
