MC2007/0821: Phase I, Wainscott Development

The Chairman reported that he had been contacted by Anne Wade of the Frindsbury and Wainscott Community Association about the Council's comments. He had explained that release of S106 money depended on the occupation of the 100 th house and this had caused the Council's comment about the numbers in Phase I. The Clerk said she had also been contacted by a resident on the same matter.
